Reschedule Board
If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, you just can move it using the scheduling board. Select the appointment and move it to another hour or practitioner.

If the appointment was rescheduled by the patient and you want to count the number of times the appointment has been rescheduled, open the appointment on the appointments board.

Select the New Start and End Time and then click Reschedule and select patient.

The counter will be updated.

Then click “Save”.
And a graphical representation of these data can be seen on the dashboard.
