Schedule Board
In the DoctorHelper®’s app, select the Site map icon 
, and then select Scheduling Board. 
If you try to change appointment status from In Progress, Completed or Canceled you will get this error.
If you try to change the appointment practitioner, you will get another error.
- On the Scheduling Board you can find all Practitioners and their Appointments.
- When the Practitioner user call the Patient to confirm the Appointment, you must right click the Appointment and change the status to "Confirmed."
- The color and icon of the Appointment will change to
If you try to change appointment status from In Progress, Completed or Canceled you will get this error.
