Objective Evaluation
To add information to the Patient's Subjective Ev, follow the steps below and do not forget to complete the required fields (*).

- Height Inches? Select this option if you want to enter the height in Inches.
- Height in Inches: If you chose
complete this field.
- Height (ft): It will be completed automatically once you type Height in Inches.

- Height (In): It will be completed automatically once you type Height in Inches.

- Weight (lb.): Enter the Patient´s weight in lb.
- Calculate Your Body Mass Index? Select from values: Yes or No.
- (-) Body Mass Index (IBM): This field will be displayed if the "Calculate Your Body Mass Index?" is "Yes". This field will be auto calculated after the record is saved. To display an explanation, move your mouse over the field name.
- Body Temperature (*F): Enter Patient's Body Temperature. To display an explanation, move your mouse over the field name:
- BP Systolic: Enter Patient's Systolic Pressure. To display an explanation, move your mouse over the field name.
- BP Diastolic: Enter Patient's Diastolic Pressure. To display an explanation, move your mouse over the field name.
- Respiratory Rate (Per minutes): Enter Patient's Respiratory Rate. To display an explanation, move your mouse over the field name.
- Heart Rate: Enter Patient's Heart Rate. To display an explanation, move your mouse over the field name.
- Oxygen Saturation (%): Enter Patient's Oxygen Saturation (%). To display an explanation, move your mouse over the field name.
- Inhaled Oxygen Concentration (%): Enter Patient's Inhaled Oxygen Concentration (%). To display an explanation, move your mouse over the field name.
