DoctorHelper Administrator
To adminstrate Doctor Helper you must follow the next steps
- In the DoctorHelper app, select the Site map icon , and then select Flows Control
- With the Flows Control functionality the Administrator will be able to control Flow's correct execution
- Here the user can find all Flows that have been executed with two possible states: Successful "No" or Successful "Yes".
- If an error has occurred the red button will be displayed and in the "Result" column the error message executed
- In the blue button is displayed that means a correct execution of the Flow.
- In the DoctorHelper app, select the Site map icon , and then select Notifications
- With the Notifications functionality the Administrator will be able to control Dosespot's pending requestes or errors.
- Depending on the user loged in DoctorHelper, the Notification's number will change
- Click on the Notification's number. The Dosespot interaface will be open. Here the Practitioner will be able to validate the pending prescripcions and refills requests.
- In the DoctorHelper app, select the Site map icon , and then select Parameters
- In this section are all DoctorHelper's parametric information.
