To connect Doctor Helper with Microsof Teams you must follow the next steps
- In the DoctorHelper app, select the Site map icon , and then select Patients
- Click on Office 365 Apps then select Teams
- Install Dynamics 365 App in Teams:
- Add new tab on any available team:
- Tabs can be added from Dynamics views, records, Sharepoint documents available on the Team site or an external site, records from different applications
- Select the Dynamics record or view:
- The “Post to the channel about this tab” checkbox must be selected to post the record on Team conversation
- The added record will be displayed on a new tab:
- Clicking on Chat icon, the team post conversation is displayed and users can comment about the shared record:
- Comments would be available on Team Post tab related to the record:
