Microsoft Teams

To connect Doctor Helper with Microsof Teams you must follow the next steps

  • In the DoctorHelper app, select the Site map icon Site Map icon, and then select Patients 
 
 
  • Click on Office 365 Apps then select Teams

 
  • Install Dynamics 365 App in Teams:

 
  • Add new tab on any available team:
  • Tabs can be added from Dynamics views, records, Sharepoint documents available on the Team site or an external site, records from different applications

 
  • Select the Dynamics record or view:


  • The “Post to the channel about this tab” checkbox must be selected to post the record on Team conversation
  • The added record will be displayed on a new tab:
 
  • Clicking on Chat icon, the team post conversation is displayed and users can comment about the shared record:
  • Comments would be available on Team Post tab related to the record:
